• Pricing information
• Category selections
• Listing metadata

This data is used solely to provide AI-powered analysis and listing functionality.

We do not use your data to train AI models.

C. eBay Integration Data

If you connect your eBay account, we may collect:

• OAuth tokens
• Listing IDs
• Inventory information
• Sales status

This data is used only to synchronize listings and manage inventory on your behalf.

D. Technical Data

We may receive limited technical information necessary to operate the Service, such as authentication logs and server requests processed by our cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase and Google Cloud).

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking services at this time.

E. How We Collect This Information

We collect information through:

• Information you provide directly (account registration, manual entry of item details)
• Photos you upload or capture using the app
• Data synchronized from connected eBay accounts (with your authorization)

Sign up is required to use ThriftMeet. By completing sign up, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Before account creation, we present what data is sent, which providers receive it, and for what purpose. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

Processing and sharing occur only when you use the corresponding features after sign up.

3. Data Shared with Third-Party Services

To enable the features you request, the following data may be sent to third-party service providers (including AI services):

• Item photos you upload
• Inventory information you enter (including titles, descriptions, prices, and item details)
• eBay listing data (if you connect eBay)

Data is sent securely to:

• Supabase Inc. (US) – authentication, secure cloud storage, and database infrastructure
• Google LLC (US) – AI-powered image recognition processing of uploaded photos
• SearchApi Inc. (US) – AI-powered image-based search
• eBay Inc. (US) – listing creation and management (if connected)

These providers process data only to deliver the requested functionality. We require third-party providers to handle data under applicable contractual and data processing terms.

We do not use your data to train AI models.

Processing only occurs when you use these features.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide AI-powered item recognition and listing suggestions
• Import listings from eBay
• Enable delisting from eBay
• Ensure reliable operation of the Service

5. Data Retention

We retain:

• Account data until account deletion
• Images until you delete them or delete your account
• eBay authentication tokens until you disconnect your account

If you submit a data deletion request through Settings > User Profile > Data Deletion Request, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 7 days, unless retention is required for legal or security purposes.

Backup copies may be retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.

You may request:

• Access to your data
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of your account and associated data
